How to take Deep Breath?
Deep Breath Active Spray:
Spray 15 sprays directly under the tongue daily. You can spray all 15 sprays directly under the tongue at once, or spray the 15 sprays under the tongue throughout the day.
The following applies to recreational and/or competitive athletes:
In competition situations and/or during physical exertion, an additional 15 sprays can be sprayed directly under the tongue. This further increases physical resilience and the necessary performance potential.
Do not take with coffee, tea, milk, alcohol or medication (keep away for 30 minutes).
Deep Breath Active CAPS:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid (preferably still water).

What do I do with the oximeter?
The oximeter is included in the set because we want to give you some kind of control.
If you are suffering from breathing problems and your oxygen saturation is not good, you can use the oximeter to measure whether and how quickly your oxygen supply is improving.
It is also ideal for professional athletes, but you have to make sure that the oximeter does not show more than 100%. Nevertheless, as an athlete you feel a kind of boost.
